CARACTERÍSTICAS

1) Entel Perú S.A. (“Entel”) anuncia al público en general el lanzamiento de la “Promoción Congelamiento del 50% de la Deuda Vencida” (en adelante, la “Promoción”) la cual consiste en que Entel restringe voluntariamente su derecho a exigir el cobro de la deuda y por lo tanto no ejecuta la cobranza (en adelante, congelamiento) por 180 días del 50% de la deuda vencida de la facturación generada en marzo y abril de 2020.

Dirigido a los clientes que tengan contratado durante el periodo de comercialización de la Promoción, los siguientes planes tarifarios:

2) Podrán acceder a la promoción los clientes que cuenten con una deuda vencida de los recibos emitidos en los meses de marzo y abril.

3) El congelamiento se hará efectivo a partir de que el cliente acepté la promoción y realice el pago del 50% de la deuda vencida de marzo y abril

RESTRICCIONES

- La Promoción es válida únicamente para los clientesRUC20.

- Si el cliente realiza una suspensión o desactivación (bajadel servicio) de alguna de sus líneas, pierde la Promoción.

- Si el cliente migra a un plan tarifario menor perderála Promoción. Solo mantendrá el beneficio si migra a un plan tarifario superiorque se encuentre dentro de la Promoción.
