(i) Los clientes Movistar Empresas delsegmento Negocios Premium que cuenten con al menos un plan: Movistar internet(1), Dúo Internet + Fija (2), Dúo Internet + TV (3) o Trío (4), con velocidadesde Internet menores a 200Mbps en tecnología HFC o FO, podrán acceder a los siguientes beneficios:

(ii) Los clientes Movistar Empresas delsegmento Negocios Premium que cuenten con al menos un plan Móvil postpago (5),podrán acceder al siguiente beneficio:

·        Paraacceder al Beneficio el Cliente deberá ingresar a la app Mi Movistar Empresas oLanding page (enviado al cliente) y solicitar la activación del mismo.

·        ElCliente podrá solicitar la aplicación del Beneficio desde el 27 de junio al 16de agosto de 2020.

·        Unavez canjeado, el Beneficio estará disponible por tres (3) meses, contados desdela fecha de inicio de su siguiente ciclo de facturación.

·        ElBeneficio será aplicado en un máximo de 7 días, desde la fecha de canje.

 

Consideraciones Generales

-  Siel servicio es suspendido o cortado por cualquier causa, el Cliente perderá elBeneficio. Sin embargo, si el servicio se reactiva antes de culminar el plazode vigencia del Beneficio, el Cliente volverá a recibir el Beneficio por elperiodo que reste entre la fecha de activación y vencimiento del Beneficio.

-  Beneficiode incremento de velocidad sujeto a facilidades técnicas y a la saturación dered por zonas indicadas por Movistar.

-  Velocidadmínima garantizada del beneficio es el 40% de la velocidad promocional.

RESTRICCIONES
 
 

-  Lapromoción solo aplica para clientes corporativos RUC 10 y 20 del SegmentoNegocios Premium con un máximo de 10 líneas fijas y/o 10 líneas móviles; conservicios Mono Internet, Dúo Internet + Fija, Dúo Internet + TV, Trío convelocidades de Internet menores a 200Mbps en tecnología HFC o FO; y/o quecuenten con planes Móvil postpago.

-  Paraactivar y mantener el beneficio promocional, el cliente deberá tener y/omantener, según corresponda, todas las líneas móviles y fijas dentro delperíodo de la promoción activas, sin deuda, sin haber realizado ningún cambiode plan, ni portabilidad a otro operador.

-  Elbeneficio promocional se aplicará en la siguiente facturación emitida de susservicios fijos y móviles, y estará disponible por tres (3) meses.

-  Lascondiciones comerciales y/o contractuales no varían y son las que se señalan enlas tarifas establecidas en los respectivos contratos.

-  Noacumulable con otras promociones vigentes.

-  Elbeneficio fijo de incremento de velocidad está sujeto a facilidades técnicas ya la saturación de red por zonas indicadas por Movistar.

-  Velocidadmínima garantizada del beneficio fijo es el 40% de la velocidad promocional.

-  No aplica paraclientes Movistar Internet (monoproducto) que se encuentren en el sistema CMS

-  Elbeneficio de 10GB de alta velocidad móvil aplica solo para navegación en redes4G y 4.5G.

-  Elbeneficio de 10GB de alta velocidad móvil no aplica para navegación en elextranjero.

-  Elbeneficio móvil aplica para tethering al 100%

-  Elbeneficio móvil no aplica para BAM

-  Elbeneficio fijo y beneficio móvil, se aplicarán sobre todas las líneas queapliquen a la promoción, del cliente corporativo.

-  Noaplica para clientes de región Loreto
